This product uses "Ajime pepper," a rare traditional vegetable that boasts a rich sweetness and umami flavor similar to fully ripened tomatoes. Unlike typical chili peppers, its "savory spiciness" combines with the juicy flavor of domestically produced pork to create an addictive taste.
